Shipping your order
Generally new orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Our main shipping method is free and delivery time varies between 20-35 days depending on the country and local postal system. The carrier we use is Netherlands post and all packages are accompanied by a tracking code. The customer will have access to the tracking code of their order in the order history and will also be informed by email.
If the customer needs a faster delivery time, we also offer options by UPS with values and fees payable by the customer. This delivery method requires the same order processing time for free shipping but delivery will take place within 8-15b days. If you choose this shipment, please contact us so that we can calculate the values and inform you of the deadlines. Prices and deadlines change according to your location and quantity of items in the same package.
UPS shipments can be placed up to 2 units in the same package, charging a single shipping charge.
In both cases, once we have the return from the carrier with the tracking code, it will be communicated to you so that you can follow up on the delivery process.
